Hotel ABC is not an ordinary hotel, so it is different because of its unique identity-the teaching and research hotel of the ABC University School of Hotel and Tourism Management. The biggest mission of this new landmark in Lantau Island is to provide a learning platform for ABCU’s hospitality and tourism students to learn professional knowledge in an interactive environment. I saw the color spread in the magazine introducing the design features and restaurant of this new hotel, and at first glance, I decided that this is my must-try goal in the near future.
There are three restaurants in this hotel. Green on the ground floor is the lobby cafe and bar, The Market on the 2nd floor is a buffet restaurant serving multinational dishes, and the 28th floor is Tianwaitian Chinese restaurant and bar. At present, only Green and The Market are in the trial stage, and the Chinese restaurant Tian Wai Tian may not open until June.
